More Thank You's!

"Thanks to the GOP Youth Scholarships, I was able to go to Mackinac and see all the Presidential Candidates. Ron Paul, who I currently support, was the most exciting for me. I hope programs such as the GOP Youth Scholarship continue to take students like me to GOP events in the future." - Ryan Fantuzzi (Univ. of Michigan '08)

"The GOP Youth Scholarship allowed me to go see my favorite presidential candidate, Rudy Guiliani. Without this scholarship, there's a good chance I would not have even been able to make it to the conference." - Beth Deradoorian (Oakland University '08)

Thank You Scholarship Fund!

I want to give a special thank-you to the GOP Youth Scholarship Fund for assisting me in attending the Mackinac Conference and spending time with the next President of the United States, Ron Paul.

Whereas the Romney campaign was spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to bring volunteers to Mackinac, I would not have been able to attend if it wasn't for the GOP Youth Scholarship Fund because I am a strong Ron Paul supporter.

Better yet, my vote helped Ron Paul beat Rudy Giuliani in the Straw Poll!

Thank You!

GOP Youth Scholarship Fund Success

Dear Republican,

Thank you for your assistance with the GOP Youth Scholarship Fund's efforts to bring more young people into the political process. These are challenging times for our party in its efforts to recruit the next generation of conservative leaders and your assistance was vital to our efforts.

Although we were unable to raise the funding for transportation, we were able to offer scholarships to several young people so that they could register for the conference and meet most of the Presidential candidates. We were also able to provide a small stipend so that students had the money to eat while other conference attendees attended the somewhat costly breakfast, lunch, and dinners that were put on by the conference at the Grand Hotel.

Most of the Presidential campaigns were unwilling to pay to bring up volunteers and we were able to make the conference available to a broader audience. We are very proud of our efforts in recruiting young people into our party and we look forward to continuing this vital project in the future.

Thanks,

Matt Hall
